Gift card Terms and Conditions

1. Gift card value
This gift card is redeemable as credit toward eligible All Neat gardening, garden maintenance, landscaping or related outdoor services up to the value shown on the gift card.

2. Not a fixed-service package
The gift card does not guarantee a fixed number of hours, a full garden clean-up, a complete garden makeover, or completion of any specific task. The final scope of work depends on the garden size, condition, access, location, safety, required equipment, labour, materials and green waste volume.

3. Assessment required before booking
An inspection, phone consultation, video call, or photo/video assessment may be required before any work is booked. All Neat will confirm what can reasonably be completed within the gift card value before work proceeds.

4. Extra work and additional costs
If the requested work exceeds the gift card value, the additional cost will be quoted separately and must be approved before proceeding. Extra charges may apply for additional labour, travel, green waste removal, tip fees, plants, mulch, soil, fertiliser, materials, equipment hire, difficult access, or other items not specifically included.

5. Materials and waste removal
Plants, mulch, soil, fertiliser, garden supplies, green waste removal, rubbish removal and tip fees are not included unless specifically stated in writing.

6. Service area
Gift cards are intended for use within All Neat’s regular service area in Melbourne eastern suburbs. Services outside this area are subject to availability and may incur additional travel charges or may be declined if the location is not practical to service.

7. Booking availability
Bookings are subject to All Neat’s availability, weather conditions, site conditions and safe access. Preferred dates and times cannot be guaranteed.

8. Safe site access
The recipient must provide safe and reasonable access to the property. All Neat may refuse, postpone or modify work if the site is unsafe, inaccessible, contains hazardous materials, has aggressive animals, presents unreasonable risk, or requires specialist services outside the agreed scope.

9. Tree work and specialist services
Tree pruning, tree removal, stump grinding, high-access work, chainsaw work, work near powerlines, or arboricultural services may require separate assessment, quotation, permits, specialist equipment or subcontractors. These services are not automatically included unless specifically agreed in writing.

10. Council permits and approvals
Where council permits, body corporate approval, landlord approval, neighbour access, or other approvals are required, the customer or recipient is responsible for obtaining them unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Balance and partial use
The gift card may be used over one or more services until the balance is exhausted, unless otherwise agreed. Any unused balance remains available until the expiry date.

12. No cash redemption
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for cash.

13. Refunds and change of mind
Gift cards are not refundable for change of mind, incorrect choice, or failure by the recipient to use the card. This does not limit any rights the customer may have under Australian Consumer Law.

14. Transferability
Gift cards may be transferred to another person, provided the gift card number and details can be verified by All Neat.

15. Lost or stolen gift cards
All Neat is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted or misused gift cards. Replacement may be provided at All Neat’s discretion if proof of purchase and remaining balance can be verified.

16. Expiry date
This gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. The issue date and expiry date must be shown on the gift card.

17. No post-purchase fees
No activation, account-keeping or inactivity fees apply to this gift card.

18. Changes to services or pricing
Service pricing may change over time. The gift card retains its dollar value and will be applied as credit toward the current price of the selected service at the time of booking.

19. Weather and delays
Outdoor work may be delayed due to rain, extreme heat, unsafe wind, poor ground conditions, or other conditions that may affect safety or quality of work.

20. Customer instructions
If the customer or recipient requests work to be performed in a way that All Neat considers unsuitable, unsafe, harmful to plants, or inconsistent with good horticultural or arboricultural practice, All Neat may refuse that request or provide alternative recommendations.

21. Damage and existing conditions
All Neat is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, underground services, irrigation lines, unstable structures, damaged paving, rotten timber, buried objects, or other concealed conditions not reasonably visible before work commences.

22. Pets, children and public safety
Children, pets and other people must be kept away from the work area while services are being performed. Work may be paused or rescheduled if the area cannot be kept safe.

23. Proof of purchase
All Neat may request the gift card number, buyer name, recipient name, proof of purchase, or email confirmation before accepting redemption.

24. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
